  • Minimum Distance Between Handle and Crossbore Center(For Solar Charge Panel Installation): 3 in / 75 mm


Compatible with Single Cylinder, Storm Doors or Mortise Locks NOT Compatible

*Note that Lockin Veno series is not compatible with storm doors as the storm door may block the camera. We recommend that you ensure your door is a standard entry door without a storm door before installing this producct.

*Works with doors that have a rectangular latch faceplate cutout. Not compatible with round faceplate cutouts.
Your lock is properly installed if:
The latch can be smoothly engaged and retracted by turning the thumbturn, ensuring the door can open and close normally.
The handle does not wobble or feel loose on the door.
The palm-vein fingerprint and password functions work correctly.
Once these conditions are met, your Video Smart Lock Veno series is installed correctly and ready for use.
Yes, the Lockin Video Smart Lock Veno series features a built-in door sensor that enables automatic locking for added safety.


  • The lock automatically provides extra security when the door is fully closed.

  • Additionally, you can manually lock the door by pressing and holding the lock button on the smart lock exterior keypad for 2 seconds.

  • If the door is open, the lock will not automatically engage, ensuring proper functionality only when the door is securely closed.


This ensures peace of mind with both automatic and manual locking options.
The mechanical keyhole is located inside the doorbell button on the exterior assembly.

You can use the two mechanical keys provided with the lock for physical unlocking.

Please keep your mechanical keys in a secure place.
We recommend storing one key as a backup in your car for emergencies.
The exterior assembly of the Lockin Video Smart Lock Veno Pro is rated IP65(Lockin Video Smart Lock Veno Plus is rated IP53), making it resistant to dust and water splashes, suitable for outdoor use.

However, please note that the interior panel is not waterproof, so it should be installed in a protected indoor environment.
